What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is handled according to selection at check out. We use Fedex and USPS for all orders. Once a shipment leaves our facility delivery times are up to the carrier(s). Shipping notifications are sent when packaging is created. If a package is returned to us because of incorrect address information provided by the buyer we will have to ask the buyer to pay charges for the corrected shipment.

DOMESTIC

We offer all classes of shipping service offered through USPS and FedEx. Rates are based on weights and dimensions and are calculated by the carriers.

INTERNATIONAL

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, however extraneous charges (customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and other such fees) will be the responsibility of the buyer.  And no, we will not use your "shipping" company (YES, we're talking to you scammers...BYE BYE CREEPS).

 

What is your return policy?

Cancellations will be honored as long as the order hasn't yet shipped. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and received back at our facility within 30 days of delivery in original condition or no refund will be provided. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are only refundable when an item hasn't yet shipped. Refunds can take up to 7 - 10 business days.

 

What about defects?

We have experienced a 2% defect rate in the last year. While we feel that is a solid result for a year old product, any defects are too many in our opinion. After review of photos of suggested defective product we will offer a replacement when the defect was the result of our work or the shipping process. We will not offer refunds for beds destroyed by animals or people after delivery has been completed. 

 

How do I order wholesale?

Email us with your resale certificate to receive access to our wholesale site. Minimum order is 10 beds.
